In response to the rapidly growing demand, Medika Equipment offers 2 families of 3-ply surgical masks reduces the chance of infection and contamination caused by biological particles and infectious agents, fitting into different settings from daily to surgical uses. Both products are manufactured under strict quality control and in compliance with European, American and Chinese standards.

PERSONAL PROTECTION EQUIPMENT (PPE)
Medika Equipment also offers a variety of particulate respirators for those who are seeking extra protection. The respirator can come either with or without valve, where the valved facilitates exhalation, contributing to users’ comfort and breathability.
Particulate respirators are designed to provide reliable respiratory protection against certain non-oil based particles from grinding, sanding or other dusty operations. In addition, it also helps reduce inhalation exposures to certain airborne biological particles. Please note that with the above proven efficacy, the risk of contracting infection, illness, or disease cannot be fully eliminated.
FFP2 MASKS
- Considered Personal Protective Equipments (PPE) category III under EU regulation 2016/425
- European standard for facepiece respirators in accordance with Europe EN 149-2001
- ≥ 94% filtration rate against particulates of 0.3 microns
- Valve available – ideal for construction work or DIY
- Equivalent to US NIOSH N95 mask as a general reference
FFP3 MASKS
- Considered Personal Protective Equipments (PPE) category III under EU regulation 2016/425
- European standard for facepiece respirators in accordance with Europe EN 149-2001
- ≥ 98% filtration rate against 0.3 microns
- Valve available – ideal for construction work or DIY
- Equivalent to US NIOSH N99 mask as a general reference
NOTE: Valved respirators do not filter the exhalation but only the inhalation. It is not recommended to use valved respirators under the epidemic situation as they do not hinder the spread of possible pathogens carried by the wearer, meaning that it can put others around the wearer at risk.
N95 MASKS
- Respirators specially manufactured for the North American market, which reduce wearers’ exposure to particles including small particle aerosols and large droplets (non-oil aerosols only)
- European standard for facepiece respirators in accordance with Europe EN 149-2001
- ≥ 95% filtration rate against particulates of 0.3 microns
- Equivalent to US FFP2 mask as a general reference
REUSABLE MASKS
Coming with 2 or 3 layers, the 100% polyester-made washable mask is an eco-friendly alternative to the disposable mask, supports up to 30 times of wash.
The reusable mask serves as a physical barrier to prevent direct penetration of solids and non-oily liquids for everyday use. Both masks go with adjustable ear loops for the closest fit.
REUSABLE 2-LAYER MASKS
- The outer layer features a water-repellent and antimicrobial coating, preventing droplets, penetration of liquids (including droplets), spoilage by harmful microorganisms, and reducing odor
- The inner layer resists microbe and boosts the protection effectiveness of the filter materials, maximizing cleanliness and prolonging usability
- Treated with silver chloride on titanium dioxide (EU BPR compliant)
REUSABLE 3-LAYER MASKS
